Ooey Gooey Almond Butter Brownies
Ingredients:
1 Cup Almond Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Nut Milk
1 Cup Lakanto Monk Fruit or Coconut Sugar
1/2 tsp of Salt
Splash of Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
9 oz. Bag of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chunks
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
In a medium bowl add almond butter, eggs, nut milk, sugar, salt and extract and whisk to combine.
Add almond flour and baking soda into almond butter mixture and whisk to combine.
Sift cocoa powder into the the mixture, and whisk to combine.
Fold in chocolate chunks.
Spray a 8x11 aluminum baking pan with coconut oil and line sides with parchment on all sides.
Pour mixture into pan and spread out evenly.
Bake brownies for 20-30 minutes or until the top has completely set and there is a slight jiggle.
Allow brownies to cool for an hour. Then using the parchment to loosen the brownies from the pan, place a cutting board on top the the brownies and flip them over on to the board. The bottom should now be facing you. Peel the parchment off the brownies and cut to desired size.
Enjoy warm or if cooled down and want them warm, heat in microwave for 8-10 seconds!! So Yummy!!!
