Chia and Seeds Pudding
Makes 4 servings
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed/Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds/Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes (large or small)
2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit/ Coconut Sugar
2 1/2 cups Flax/Coconut/Almond Milk
Directions:
Place all dry ingredients in large container or bowl. Whisk them together until combined.
Add one cup of the milk you decide and stir until combined. Add the rest of the milk, stir til combined.
Place in fridge and let sit for 15 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes to ensure no lumps.
Cover and chill for up to an hour before eating. Will stay good for up to four days.
Enjoy with berries, banana, or which every topping you prefer!!
