Oven Roasted Broccoli

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • Place parchment on baking sheet.

  • Add broccoli to pan, breaking up any pieces that aren’t bite size.

  • Drizzle with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and garlic flakes (optional).

  • Place in oven for 10-15 minutes!

Enjoy with nutritional yeast sprinkled on it or as a side dish. Maybe you are meal prepping, and in that case save it in a glass or plastic container. Let cool in fridge before placing top on container.
