Oven Roasted Broccoli
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Place parchment on baking sheet.
Add broccoli to pan, breaking up any pieces that aren’t bite size.
Drizzle with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and garlic flakes (optional).
Place in oven for 10-15 minutes!
Enjoy with nutritional yeast sprinkled on it or as a side dish. Maybe you are meal prepping, and in that case save it in a glass or plastic container. Let cool in fridge before placing top on container.
